A New Story Untold by D3V1L

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin Oakenshield

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thorin Oakenshield leads a Boros storied Dwarf deck. He has no alternate face, and no single hidden commander drives the list; the actual hidden engine is the storied Dwarf package with Dain Ironfoot as the most important finisher. The deck builds an early-count of artifacts, legendaries, and/or Sagas to switch on enduring story, giving Thorin and the board ward and opening every storied Dwarf payoff. The main path is midrange combat: cheap Dwarves, treasures, and equipment generate value, Bifur and Balin turn Dwarf triggers into cards and damage, then Dain s double-strike package plus Desert Were-Worm closes with one huge extra-combat push. There is no true infinite win line; the deck wins through sustained and then multiplied combat.
