Deck overview

This mono-blue deck weaponizes The Mindskinner to convert unblockable combat damage into symmetric mill against all three opponents at once. Supported by fast mana rocks such as Mana Vault, Chrome Mox, and Sol Ring, the deck consistently deploys its commander on Turn 2 or 3 and begins attacking on Turn 4. High-impact mill spells like Fractured Sanity and Maddening Cacophony, alongside Bruvac the Grandiloquent, rapidly amplify the library drain. To protect its aggressive clock, the deck deploys asymmetric disruption—including Back to Basics, Narset, Parter of Veils, and Soulless Jailer—to constrain opposing mana, draw, and graveyard strategies. A dense suite of free countermagic (Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, Pact of Negation) shields the commander's fragile 1-toughness body, enabling the deck to close out the game by decking all three opponents around Turn 7.
