Deck overview

This deck is a specialized four-color ({W}{U}{B}{R}) Polymorph control shell commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The construction completely excludes low-mana creatures from the 99, relying instead on noncreature token generators such as Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Lingering Souls to populate the battlefield. Once a token is present, the deck casts Jace on Turn 4 and activates his -3 loyalty ability to exile the token and reveal straight into an overwhelming bomb—such as Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, Archfiend of Despair, or Avacyn, Angel of Horror. Backup engines like Proteus Staff, Mass Polymorph, and Synthetic Destiny turn token swarms into multiple game-ending beaters simultaneously. The deck controls the board using efficient spot removal and sweepers that double as token producers, grinding down opponents over several evasive combat phases.
