Live Long and Prosper

Format: Commander

Commander: Prosper, Tome-Bound

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos exile-value deck helmed by Prosper, Tome-Bound, built around the core loop of exiling cards and playing them from exile while generating Treasure tokens. The primary strategy is to accumulate incremental card advantage and mana acceleration through Prosper's end-step exile and the many other exile-and-play effects (Etali, Primal Storm, Dream Pillager, Theater of Horrors, etc.). The deck then converts that value into a win through combat damage from evasive creatures, big spells via cascade chains (Sunbird's Invocation, Throes of Chaos), or a hidden combo line that finishes the game efficiently. The deck is resilient and grindy, but its speed is moderate, relying on sustained advantage rather than explosive early turns.
