Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dragon tribal strategy helmed by Ureni of the Unwritten. The game plan revolves around accelerating mana in the early turns through mana rocks, land ramp, and Dragon cost reducers to cast Ureni on Turn 5. Upon entering the battlefield and attacking, Ureni digs eight cards deep to cheat massive Dragons directly into play, circumventing their steep casting costs. High-impact payloads such as Atarka, World Render, Lathliss, Dragon Queen, and Scourge of the Throne rapidly compound aerial combat damage, while haste enablers like Dragon Tempest and Temur Ascendancy ensure immediate threat presentation. The deck maintains steady card advantage through ETB draw engines and Ureni's repeatable digging. While the deck boasts immense board presence and explosive combat pressure, it is inherently vulnerable to board wipes and instant-speed removal due to a lack of countermagic and defensive protection spells.
