The Stoutmen by Jucar29

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Thorin, King of Durin's Folk leads a Boros Dwarf-tribal build that converts Treasure tokens into a steadily growing army. The primary plan is to chain Dwarves, each ETB making a Treasure, while Thorin's plus-one pump turns every artifact token into +1/+0 for the team. A secondary equipment/aura plan puts Bearded Axe, All That Glitters, or Colossus Hammer on Thorin and uses Reyav, Master Smith to deliver lethal commander damage. The commander is a finisher and multiplier rather than a mana engine, and the deck can function without him, only slower. There are no infinite combos; wins come from either a giant equipped attack or a wide swarm of pumped Dwarf tokens created by At the Door and Fili the Pathfinder.
