Deck overview

This is a classic Orzhov Aristocrats deck helmed by Teysa Karlov, built to weaponize death triggers. The core loop is simple: generate expendable tokens, feed them into free sacrifice outlets, and convert every death into life loss through a dense suite of drain engines like Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Cruel Celebrant. Teysa doubles every death trigger on permanents she controls, effectively doubling the damage output of the entire engine. The deck wins either by grinding out incremental drain over several turns or by assembling an infinite loop - most cleanly Pitiless Plunderer + Ashnod's Altar + Reassembling Skeleton + any drain piece - for infinite death triggers. Secondary lines include Bolas's Citadel storming off the top and Syr Konrad, the Grim converting self-mill into damage. The deck is highly redundant but lacks dedicated tutors, making it a consistent-but-slow value engine.
