Eomer 13.08.26 by Shalob

Format: Commander

Commander: Éomer, King of Rohan

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Eomer, King of Rohan leads a white-heavy Human-token deck that plans to swarm early, scale the commander's ETB with the human count, then close with copies or double strike. The primary plan is a wide combat finish: Rally at the Hornburg, Horn of Gondor, and Adeline create the wave; Theoden, Rage Reflection, and War of the Last Alliance turn it lethal. The commander's entrance is both burn and removal, and he becomes a 5/5 double-striker once a few humans exist. Eomer, Marshal of Rohan sits in the 99 as a hidden extra-combat sub-commander. No double-faced commander is used, so the deck is built around the King face.
