Deck overview

This deck is an Esper Zombie Tribal and Aristocrats strategy led by Varina, Lich Queen. It balances aggressive creature deployment, graveyard card selection, and compact infinite drain combos. Early turns focus on accelerating mana with low-cost rocks and rituals, casting cheap Zombies, and deploying Varina to sculpt the hand through combat looting. The graveyard acts as a second hand, fueled by discard triggers and targeted tutors like Entomb and Buried Alive. While the deck can overwhelm opponents through wide token boards enhanced by Death Baron, Zombie Master, and Throne of the God-Pharaoh, its primary win condition is an infinite loop combining Gravecrawler, Phyrexian Altar or Warren Soultrader, and Undead Hand Ninja. Mass reanimation spells and card draw engines like Peer into the Abyss ensure strong mid-game resilience and explosive combo potential.
