Deck overview

This deck is a dedicated Mono-Green Stompy list built around Ghalta, Primal Hunger. The core game plan focuses on deploying efficient, high-power creatures during the first three turns to satisfy Ghalta's affinity-style cost reduction, allowing the commander to hit the board on Turn 4 for as little as two green mana. Once Ghalta is in play, the deck draws massive quantities of cards through power-based draw engines like Garruk's Uprising, Elemental Bond, and Rishkar's Expertise. Lethal damage is pushed through combat using natural trample, power-doubling effects such as Unnatural Growth, and overrun spells like Overwhelming Stampede. While the deck is susceptible to mass creature removal and lacks instant-speed stack interaction, its dense threat density and independent beaters ensure strong resilience and rapid rebuilding after sweepers.
