Mono Blue Recyclers by JNesselroad3

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Unctus, Grand Metatect helms a mono-blue artifact-combo deck that treats "tapping" as a resource: every tap of a blue creature loots, and the 99 is a dense grid of artifact synergies built around two clean two-card infinite-mana loops. The plan is to deploy cheap artifact creatures and Vedalken bodies, dig aggressively with Unctus plus Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, and top-deck engines, then convert Grand Architect + Pili-Pala or Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal into infinite mana and a kill with Walking Ballista, a buyback Capsize lock, Urza, Lord High Artificer, or Thassa's Oracle. Soft prison pieces like Winter Orb, Static Orb, and Tangle Wire buy time, while Emry, Lurker of the Loch, Academy Ruins, and Lier, Disciple of the Drowned keep the engine grinding through disruption.
