Deck overview

This deck is an Esper midrange strategy led by Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign that emphasizes topdeck manipulation, odd-mana-value synergies, and high-variance table politics. The core engine aims to deploy Yennett ahead of curve using 2- and 3-mana artifacts, arrange the top of the library with cards like Sensei's Divining Top, Brainstorm, and Soothsaying, and attack to cheat massive odd-costed spells directly into play. Its primary win condition involves overwhelming opponents through sustained combat damage with game-ending threats such as Void Winnower, Toxrill, the Corrosive, and Breach the Multiverse. While it features flexible and efficient spot removal to manage opposing threats, the list deliberately foregoes compact infinite combos and fast mana in favor of interactive mini-games and political cards like Master of Predicaments and Psychic Battle. Consequently, the deck operates at a deliberate casual-to-focused pace, demanding careful combat navigation and board positioning.
