Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Nymris, Oona's Trickster is a flash-based Dimir control deck. The commander is the draw engine: every opponent's turn, the first flash spell triggers Nymris to filter two cards, keeping the hand full while counterspells and bounce protect the game plan. The primary win is Tainted Pact plus Thassa's Oracle; because the 99 has no duplicate card names, Pact can exile the entire library and Oracle wins on entry. Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and Laboratory Maniac provide backup with Pact plus a draw. Hullbreaker Horror with Sol Ring generates infinite mana but lacks a clean outlet, so it mostly enables Cyclonic Rift or a large Hall of Storm Giants. There is no hidden commander.
