This competitive spellslinger combo deck is commanded by Vivi Ornitier. The primary game plan connects Vivi with damage-triggered draw effects like Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, and Tandem Lookout. Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, Vivi gains a +1/+1 counter and deals 1 damage to each opponent. This deals damage across all three opponents simultaneously, triggering the aura to draw three cards per cast.
