Format: Commander

Commander: Edgar Markov

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Edgar Markov is a Vampire-tribal aggro deck that uses Eminence to turn every Vampire spell into an extra 1/1 token. The primary plan is to curve out cheap Vampires, pump the swarm with lords and Edgar's attack trigger, and finish through combat plus drain triggers. Secondary paths are aristocrat-style sacrifice with Blood Artist/Cruel Celebrant and a tutor'd Exsanguinate as a late-game finisher. Edgar's role is both token engine and lord; he attacks aggressively and accelerates the clock. There is no hidden commander; Strefan, Maurer Progenitor is an optional supporting engine that cheats Vampires from hand.
