Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis (U/B/R) spellslinger combo deck helmed by Fire Lord Azula. Its primary game plan is to accelerate mana with rituals and cost reducers, deploy Azula with haste, attack, then chain instant/sorcery spells that get copied by Azula's triggered ability. Each copy is effectively a second cast, multiplying the value of rituals, card draw, and burn. The deck can generate explosive red mana through cards like Seething Song, Birgi, God of Storytelling, and Urabrask // The Great Work, then finish opponents with multiple copied burn spells or a large Electrodominance. Secondary payoffs include Archmage Emeritus (draw on cast/copy) and Storm-Kiln Artist (treasures on cast/copy), creating a self-sustaining engine. The deck also has recursion from Past in Flames, Mizzix's Mastery, and Torrential Gearhulk to reuse key spells. While lacking deep tutors, it relies on raw card velocity and magecraft synergies to assemble its combo turn.
