Deck overview

This mono-red Dragon tribal deck is commanded by Lathliss, Dragon Queen and aims to overpower opponents through massive flying bodies and overwhelming enter-the-battlefield burn. The strategy focuses on establishing early mana acceleration using cost reducers such as Urza's Incubator, Ruby Medallion, and Dragonspeaker Shaman to deploy high-cost Dragons ahead of curve. Once Lathliss enters the battlefield, every subsequent Dragon spell doubles the deck's board presence by generating a 5/5 Dragon token. Burn engines like Dragon Tempest, Terror of the Peaks, and Scourge of Valkas turn creature deployments into direct damage that clears opposing blockers and burns down life totals. While the deck possesses explosive mid-game damage and strong resilience via redundant standalone bombs like Utvara Hellkite, it lacks dedicated stack interaction and enchantment removal, making it vulnerable to well-timed board wipes and fast combo strategies.
