Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Jeskai storm combo list commanded by Elsha of the Infinite. The primary strategy focuses on deploying Elsha alongside a cost-reduction permanent and Sensei's Divining Top. Because Elsha allows noncreature spells to be cast from the top of the library as though they had flash, tapping Top to draw a card and recasting it for zero mana draws the entire library while generating infinite prowess and storm count. The deck converts this into an immediate win using Thassa's Oracle, Grapeshot, or Brain Freeze. Parallel lines centered on Underworld Breach and Lion's Eye Diamond provide high redundancy and speed. Supported by premier fast mana, efficient cantrips, unconditional tutors, and a dense suite of free countermagic and silence effects, the deck consistently threatens protected, same-turn table wins by Turn 3.
