Commander: The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-green Squirrel token-combo deck built around The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl. The plan is to accelerate hard with one-mana mana dorks and land-search ramp, deploy the commander early, and then turn the Squirrel swarm into mana through effects like Cryptolith Rite, Enduring Vitality, Jaheira, Friend of the Forest, or Springleaf Parade. Once the commander and a token-mana engine are both online, her {1}{G}{G}{G} activation becomes a self-sustaining loop: each activation creates X Squirrels, and the newly created Squirrels tap to pay for the next activation, producing an arbitrarily large army. That army converts to a win through Craterhoof Behemoth, Biorhythm, Beastmaster Ascension, or Preposterous Proportions, with Concordant Crossroads providing haste. The secondary plan is critical-mass token beatdown with anthems like Squirrel Sovereign, Chitterspitter, and Deep Forest Hermit. The deck is explosive and fast, but it is heavily concentrated on the commander and on activated abilities, making it vulnerable to sweepers, commander removal, and activated-ability hosers.
