Etrata by user1398439

Format: Commander

Commander: Etrata, the Silencer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Etrata, the Silencer leads a Dimir deck that wins by accumulating hit counters on opponents' exiled cards to trigger the 'three or more' loss condition. The primary engine is Mari, the Killing Quill and Ravenloft Adventurer, which add hit counters from creature deaths or attacks. A secondary infect plan uses proliferate to deliver poison counters quickly, with Blighted Agent and Skithiryx as finishers. The commander provides unblockable hit counters and can loop with bounce effects such as Crystal Shard and Essence Flux. The deck is well equipped with interaction, including counterspells and removal, but relies on multiple small synergies. Etrata usually appears as an explosive, but the deck does not rely on her for a win.
