Deck overview

This is a glass-cannon storm deck built around Flubs, the Fool as a command-zone card-flow engine that turns every land drop and cheap spell into either a draw or a discard. The primary plan is to churn through the deck with 0-1 mana spells, Kobolds, rituals, and untap effects, then win through a lethal Grapeshot storm turn fueled by Underworld Breach recursion. The manabase is aggressively fast and greedy - Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, Gemstone Caverns, and Gaea's Cradle push the deck toward early commander deployment. Secondary wins come from Jeska's Will-fueled value chains, Displacer Kitten loops, and incidental beatdown from Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer or a hasted board under Concordant Crossroads. The deck is high-variance, extremely fast, and almost entirely dependent on its commander's draw trigger to function.
