Deck overview

Led by Commodore Guff, this Jeskai Superfriends deck controls the game through layered pillowfort defenses, asymmetric sweepers, and compounding planeswalker loyalty engines. In the opening turns, low-cost mana rocks accelerate deployment of defensive stax pieces like Pramikon, Sky Rampart, Norn's Annex, and Narset, Parter of Veils to suppress enemy attacks and card advantage. Once safety is secured, the deck establishes Commodore Guff and high-impact walkers including Chandra, Torch of Defiance, Elspeth, Sun's Champion, and Teferi, Temporal Archmage. Card advantage and loyalty counters compound rapidly via proliferation effects and loyalty multipliers like Oath of Teferi and Deepglow Skate. The deck converts this overwhelming board position into victory through multiple angles: burning the entire table with Guff's minus ability, transforming walkers into flying 4/4 Dragons with Sarkhan the Masterless, or executing an infinite loyalty loop with The Chain Veil and Teferi.
