Deck overview

This Jeskai deck uses Éowyn, Shieldmaiden to turn Human tribal synergy into an overwhelming combat force. The early game focuses on deploying efficient utility Humans like Esper Sentinel, Drannith Magistrate, and Grand Abolisher alongside two-mana ramp and card draw engines like Rhystic Study. Once Éowyn enters the battlefield, playing any Human triggers her ability at the start of combat, creating two 2/2 Human Knight tokens with trample and haste and drawing extra cards once your Human count reaches six. The deck amplifies this token production with combat multipliers such as Combat Celebrant, evasion from Dion, Bahamut's Dominant, and damage amplification from Lightning, Army of One. Backed by a dense suite of one- and two-mana counterspells and targeted removal, the deck protects its board while systematically eliminating opponents over several attack steps. It offers explosive board growth, robust card advantage, and excellent interaction.
