This is a Dimir Horror-mill deck built around Captain N'ghathrod, using menace Horrors to chip away at libraries and then reanimate the best milled cards at end step. The primary kill is library death: landfall crabs, mass-mill sorceries, and combat triggers fill graveyards, while Bruvac the Grandiloquent doubles everything and turns Maddening Cacophony or Traumatize into one-shot kills. A second, overlapping win channel is the Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank drain/mill loop, with Syr Konrad, the Grim and The Master of Lake-town amplifying incidental mill.
