Ashling manahoarder

Format: Commander

Commander: Ashling, Flame Dancer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ashling, Flame Dancer is a mono-red value-engine commander who turns every instant and sorcery into a free loot, a repeated shock, and a four-red-mana burst. The deck's real objective is to stockpile red mana (Ashling and Electro both stop mana loss), then use firebending attackers plus Aggravated Assault for unlimited combats, or convert a mass-damage spell through Toralf into lethal face damage. It also has a stormish finish with Elemental Eruption. Card velocity comes from cheap looting and Ashling's magecraft; the commander is central, but Electro and Toralf provide alternate engines.
