Secret Santa by SpaceKrustacean

Format: Commander

Commander: Shagrat, Loot Bearer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Shagrat, Loot Bearer leads a voltron/amass deck that turns Equipment into both commander damage and a giant Orc Army. The primary plan is to suit up Shagrat with cheap Equipment, then use his attack trigger to amass a growing Army token. Secondary paths rely on dedicated amass engines like Dreadhorde Invasion and Mauhur, Uruk-hai Captain, finishing with Assault on Osgiliath or a huge commander-damage swing. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built around Shagrat's Equipment-counter interaction. The commander is both the engine and the finisher, while the Army provides a second, parallel threat that can close games when Shagrat is answered.
