Commander: The First Sliver

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a five-color Sliver tribal deck helmed by The First Sliver, built to exploit the commander's cascade ability on every Sliver spell. The core plan is to deploy mana-dork Slivers and ramp spells early, then cast The First Sliver and let cascade chains vomit additional Slivers onto the battlefield, each one triggering another cascade. The deck wins primarily through overwhelming combat: lords like Sliver Legion, Muscle Sliver, Sinew Sliver, and Predatory Sliver pump the team, while Virulent Sliver offers a poison alt-win and Lavabelly Sliver/Leeching Sliver provide drain reach. Sliver Overlord and Homing Sliver act as repeatable tutors to find silver-bullet Slivers, and Crystalline Sliver plus Sliver Hivelord shield the board from removal. The deck is a classic midrange tribal aggro build whose explosiveness scales directly with how long the commander stays on the battlefield.
