Deck overview

This mono-white deck is built around Odric, Lunarch Marshal, who unifies a wide board of low-cost creatures into an evasive, multi-keyword strike force. Early turns focus on deploying efficient creatures with flying, double strike, vigilance, and lifelink, such as Healer's Hawk, Fencing Ace, and Shrike Force. Once Odric enters on Turn 4, every combat step shares these keywords across all creatures, turning small utility bodies into formidable combatants that swing with evasive double strike while replenishing life totals. The deck scales into the midgame with powerful keyword heavyweights like Sunscorch Regent and Akroma, Vision of Ixidor. A dedicated suite of instant-speed protection spells, including Selfless Spirit and Unbreakable Formation, shields the board against destruction sweepers. However, the deck suffers from minimal mana acceleration and almost no sustained card draw, making it heavily reliant on its opening hand and vulnerable to mass bounce or exile effects that bypass indestructible.
