Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai typal midrange engine centered on Maralen, Fae Ascendant, blending classic Elf mana acceleration with Faerie evasion and opponent-exile theft. The strategy develops early with efficient mana dorks like Elvish Mystic and Llanowar Loamspeaker to deploy Maralen ahead of curve on Turn 4. Once assembled, every entering Elf or Faerie exiles opposing cards, allowing Maralen to cast opposing spells for free based on your creature count. The mid-game leverages value multipliers such as Yarok, the Desecrated, Panharmonicon, and Momir Vig, Simic Visionary to flood the battlefield and strip opposing options. Victory is achieved around Turn 8 through wide combat swings backed by anthems from Dwynen, Gilt-Leaf Daen and Leaf-Crowned Visionary, supplemented by Lathril, Blade of the Elves life-drain and game-ending bursts from Kindred Summons or Villainous Wealth. A robust 10-card interactive suite safeguards the board while disrupting opposing win attempts.
