Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Simic landfall deck, helmed by Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait, combines extra land drops with +1/+1 counter synergies to generate overwhelming card advantage and board presence. The primary game plan is to ramp aggressively, deploy Aesi to double land drops and draw cards, then use landfall triggers to grow creatures like Mossborn Hydra and Kalonian Hydra into lethal threats. The deck also leverages proliferate (Evolution Sage), counter doublers (Hardened Scales, Doc Samson, Super Psychiatrist), and trample enablers (Garruk's Uprising, Training Regimen) to push through damage. Win conditions are purely combat-based, with no infinite combos; the deck aims to overwhelm opponents with massive, trampling creatures over several turns.
