Deck overview

Primary plan: build an early Army with amass cards, cast Sauron, the Dark Lord as a draw-dump engine, then attack while Ring tempts refill the hand. Secondary paths wheel Nekusar/Sheoldred/Bowmasters drain, and a reanimator package around Buried Alive, Living Death, and Sauron, the Necromancer. Saruman, the White Hand and Sauron, Lord of the Rings act as hidden backup commanders/engines. There is no infinite combo; the deck wins through a huge Army/Wraith board and cumulative card-draw damage. Sauron is the primary value engine but not a strict requirement: Nazgul, Lord of the Nazgul, and the wheel package can carry the game when he is absent.
