Deck overview

Hylda of the Icy Crown turns every tapped opposing creature into card advantage and 4/4 Elemental tokens. The deck is an Azorius control/tempo shell: it stalls with instant-speed taps, draws through Verity Circle and Sharae, and converts taps into a wide Elemental army, doubling it with Anointed Procession. Teferi, Time Raveler and Grand Abolisher shield critical turns, while Opposition can lock down blockers and lands once the board is big. The commander is the engine; without her the deck lacks a second generator, so every line protects and reuses Hylda. Secondary wins come from commander-assisted beatdown and a soft Opposition/Junk Winder lock.
