Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Golgari token swarm and combo deck helmed by Chatterfang, Squirrel General. It leverages explosive mana acceleration from fast artifacts and low-cost mana dorks to deploy Chatterfang on turn two, quickly followed by mass token producers. Chatterfang's passive ability creates extra 1/1 green Squirrel tokens whenever any token enters the battlefield, rapidly creating a massive board presence. The deck converts this wide creature count into absurd mana generation using Gaea's Cradle, Cryptolith Rite, and Circle of Dreams Druid, drawing deep into the library with Skullclamp, Toski, Bearer of Secrets, and Regal Force. The primary victory route uses powerful creature tutors to deploy lethal overruns such as Craterhoof Behemoth, Finale of Devastation, or Triumph of the Hordes on turn four or five. Additionally, the deck packs an unassisted infinite token combo in Earthcraft and Squirrel Nest, while Chatterfang acts as repeatable removal against opposing creature boards.
