Grothama by stiutky132123

Format: Commander

Commander: Grothama, All-Devouring

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-green "power matters" stompy deck helmed by Grothama, All-Devouring, built around a simple loop: ramp hard, deploy enormous creatures, and convert their power into overwhelming card advantage. Grothama acts as a fight engine - creatures can be goaded into fighting it, and when it leaves the battlefield, every player draws cards equal to the damage they dealt to it, turning a Predatory Urge or Outmuscle activation into a massive refill. The deck's real finishers are the classic green overruns: Craterhoof Behemoth, Finale of Devastation for X=10+, Pathbreaker Ibex, and Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant dumping the whole hand. Secondary paths include Genesis Wave, Last March of the Ents, and Avenger of Zendikar token beats. It is a straightforward, high-variance battlecruiser that wins through combat inevitability rather than combos.
