Shorikai 2 by user5838115

Format: Commander

Commander: Shorikai, Genesis Engine

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Shorikai, Genesis Engine is the deck's draw and token engine: each activation loots two cards and leaves a Pilot that can crew the deck's many Vehicles. The primary plan is to accumulate artifact permanents-rocks, Vehicles, artifact lands-then finish with a mass-animation strike from Cyberdrive Awakener, Tezzeret, Betrayer of Flesh, or a crewed Parhelion II. Secondary paths use Mechtitan Core, Urza/construct swarm, and one-sided artifact protection from Darksteel Forge and Scourglass. The deck is not a fast combo list; it wins by grinding card advantage and then overwhelming the board with 4/4 artifacts, 10/10 Mechtitan, and Angel tokens. Commander discipline matters: Shorikai is both the engine and one of the best attackers when animated.
