Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a high-power Golgari combo deck helmed by The Gitrog Monster, built to exploit the classic dredge loop with Dakmor Salvage and a discard outlet to draw the entire library. The primary win condition is assembling the Gitrog + Dakmor + outlet engine to find and execute either the Chain of Smog + Witherbloom Apprentice infinite drain combo or a reanimation line into Kozilek, Butcher of Truth or Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre for a lethal attack. The deck leverages an extreme density of fast mana (Lotus Petal, Lion's Eye Diamond, Dark Ritual, Cabal Ritual), premium tutors (Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Green Sun's Zenith, Crop Rotation), and land-recursion engines (Life from the Loam, Aftermath Analyst, Lumra, Bellow of the Woods) to consistently threaten a win by turn 4. It is a tuned, linear combo deck that can pivot between multiple infinite lines and has strong resilience through graveyard recursion and shuffle effects.
