Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as both a scaling burn finisher and an explosive mana generator. The primary plan deploys Vivi on Turn 3 and enchants it with Curiosity or Ophidian Eye on Turn 4. Because Vivi deals 1 damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell, each spell cast triggers Curiosity three times to draw three fresh cards. Vivi then taps for mana equal to its accumulated power, generating mana to cast more spells. This self-sustaining card engine chains through rituals, cantrips, and Underworld Breach to deal lethal noncombat damage to all three opponents in a single turn. If the commander is disrupted, the deck pivots seamlessly into Niv-Mizzet, Parun combo lines or storm finishes powered by Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph and Guttersnipe. Low-cost counterspells and redirection protect the winning sequence.
