Deck overview

This Mardu deck is a tribal go-wide aggro build centered around Human and Soldier synergies led by Jirina Kudro. The primary strategy establishes low-cost tribal creatures on early turns, ramps into Jirina Kudro or powerful token generators like Horn of Gondor and Myrel, Shield of Argive by Turn 4, and deploys lethal anthem multipliers like Shared Animosity and Akroma's Will on Turn 5. The deck protects its board through resilient defensive tools such as Flawless Maneuver, Boromir, Warden of the Tower, and Jirina, Dauntless General, allowing it to withstand targeted removal and damage-based board wipes. Disruptive pieces like Thalia, Guardian of Thraben and Loxodon Gatekeeper impose tempo penalties on opponents, while efficient exile removal handles critical opposing threats. By combining high tribal density, continuous token proliferation, and explosive combat buffs, the deck consistently presents multi-opponent lethal damage within one turn cycle of critical onset.
