Deck overview

This deck executes an aggressive Boros go-wide strategy that leverages Akiri, Fearless Voyager for card draw and board resilience. By equipping cheap utility artifacts onto efficient token generators like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Myrel, Shield of Argive, and Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin, the deck continuously refills its hand while creating a wide board presence. It amplifies its combat pressure through anthems like Shared Animosity, Cathars' Crusade, and Warleader's Call to eliminate opponents across turns 5 to 7. A toolbox package powered by Sunforger, Stoneforge Mystic, and Urza's Saga provides versatile answers and protection against board wipes. In addition to combat damage, the list includes an infinite damage backup line using Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Walking Ballista. Strong defensive pieces like Grand Abolisher, Boros Charm, and Drannith Magistrate safeguard the active turns and restrict opposing commander access.
