Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul Dragon Tribal Stompy list helmed by Atarka, World Render. The primary strategy focuses on deploying low-cost ramp and tribal cost reducers during the opening three turns to quickly reach 6 to 7 mana. By Turn 4 or 5, the deck transitions into dropping massive flying threats such as Savage Ventmaw, Lathliss, Dragon Queen, and Utvara Hellkite. Casting Atarka immediately supercharges the board by granting all attacking Dragons double strike, easily dishing out lethal aerial damage within one to two combat rotations. Additionally, the deck contains an infinite combat combo via Aggravated Assault and Savage Ventmaw or Old Gnawbone. While the deck features overwhelming offensive power and solid power-based card draw, it runs virtually no proactive stax and possesses minimal instant-speed interaction, leaving it vulnerable to fast combo decks and exile-based board wipes.
