Format: Commander

Commander: Katara, Water Tribe's Hope

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Katara, Water Tribe's Hope is the deck's finisher rather than its engine: she creates an incidental Ally token, but her real role is converting a wide board into X/X attackers. The deck surrounds her with attack-triggered token producers (Adeline, Voice of Victory), lifegain/token doubling (Ocelot Pride), and artifact-token creation so that a mid-game Waterbend can be paid from tokens without exhausting the attackers. Secondary paths are poison/commander damage through Blighted Agent and Wraith, artifact animation via Rise and Shine, and Throne of the God-Pharaoh drain. There is no DFC or hidden commander; Sygg and the modal lands are utility pieces that support board development.
