SubOpt Ghalta B3? by Deckmate

Format: Commander

Commander: Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant is the hand-dump engine of a mono-green stompy deck. The typical game turns a swarm of early dorks into an explosive eight-mana commander, then floods the battlefield with high-power creatures and closes with Craterhoof Behemoth, Finale of Devastation, or a Surrak-and-Goreclaw haste swing. The secondary path uses Last March of the Ents, Turntimber Symbiosis, and Invasion of Ikoria to cheat fatties without Ghalta. There are no combos; the deck relies on overwhelming combat damage and only limited recursion. It is fast but fragile: a single board wipe can erase the entire plan, and stack interaction is nearly absent.
