Commander: The Unagi of Kyoshi Island

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This is a high-power mono-blue control-combo deck helmed by The Unagi of Kyoshi Island. The plan is to flood the table with symmetric and asymmetric draw (group-hug engines, Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, the commander's second-draw trigger) while holding a dense free-counter wall, then convert that card advantage into a compact infinite. Primary wins are Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter (infinite mana into draw/bounce outlets), Mind Over Matter loops, Hullbreaker Horror/Tidespout Tyrant bounce locks, and the clean alternate Triskaidekaphile (exactly thirteen cards). The commander is a flash 5/5 ward body that doubles as a repeatable draw engine whenever opponents dig, but every combo line lives entirely in the 99. Expect a draw-go posture that stabilizes early, then ends the game with a protected storm or lock turn.
