Deck overview

This deck is a Boros spellslinger and combat aggro build piloted by Thor Odinson. Thor's double prowess ability grants +2/+2 whenever a noncreature spell is cast, turning low-cost cantrips and pump spells into rapid bursts of power. The primary route to victory is executing lethal commander damage strikes in the air, amplified by damage doublers like Mjölnir, Hammer of Thor and power modifiers like Bulk Up. Secondary engines such as Zada, Hedron Grinder, Guttersnipe, and Stormsplitter widen the deck's threat profile by converting spell casts into burn damage or swarms of prowess tokens. Because the deck lacks tutors and heavy ramp, it plays at an honest mid-game curve, landing its commander on Turn 5 and seeking to close out opponents across sequential combat steps.
