Deck overview

Gretchen Titchwillow commands a dedicated Simic ramp and combo deck centered on land-multiplying enchantments and creature untappers. The strategy uses low-cost auras like Wild Growth and Fertile Ground alongside versatile untappers such as Kiora's Follower and Stone-Seeder Hierophant to generate massive mana early. Gretchen sits in the command zone as a continuous mana sink, drawing cards and deploying excess lands directly onto the battlefield. Once the mana engine is established, the deck transitions into deterministic infinite combos using Retreat to Coralhelm or Galvanic Alchemist paired with multi-mana lands. Achieving infinite mana allows Gretchen to draw the entire library and instantly win through a massive Doppelgang or repeated Lush Oasis land-drop triggers. A focused suite of 1-mana hexproof spells and efficient countermagic defends key creatures during setup, while versatile Transmute tutors ensure high combo consistency.
