Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov token-aristocrats and group-slug strategy helmed by Kambal, Profiteering Mayor. The core game plan weaponizes symmetrical token generation and gift-based removal to copy opposing tokens, flood your own board, and drain opponents' life totals. Early turns focus on accelerating mana with low-cost artifacts and establishing steady draw engines like Caretaker's Talent and Black Market Connections. Once Kambal enters the battlefield, utility removal spells such as Get Lost, Bovine Intervention, and Generous Gift serve double duty by eliminating key opposing threats while giving opponents tokens that Kambal immediately copies for value. In the mid-to-late game, the deck scales its damage output using powerful amplifiers including Delney, Streetwise Lookout, Mondrak, Glory Dominus, and Mirkwood Bats. Symmetrical token spells like Alliance of Arms and Awaken the Erstwhile trigger massive life swings, while traditional aristocrat engines (Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Dictate of Erebos) punish any opposing attempts to clear the board.
