Deck overview

This deck is a Mardu legendary midrange build helmed by Dihada, Binder of Wills. The strategy leverages Dihada's [-3] loyalty ability on Turn 4 to dig for legendary cards, fill the graveyard, and generate a substantial burst of Treasure tokens. This mana acceleration enables the deck to deploy high-cost, high-impact legendary threats such as Aurelia, the Warleader, Etali, Primal Storm, and Ratadrabik of Urborg on Turn 5. Dihada's [+2] ability provides continuous defensive and offensive buffs, granting key creatures indestructible, lifelink, and vigilance. Asymmetric sweepers like Urza's Ruinous Blast and Ruinous Ultimatum clear opposing boards while preserving the deck's legendary infrastructure. Winning through combat damage over two response cycles, the deck integrates robust recursion engines like Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle, Alesha, Who Smiles at Death, and Sevinne's Reclamation to outlast opposing removal. While it lacks instant stack interaction and unconditional tutors, its density of threats and built-in resilience make it a potent midrange combat engine.
