I am fire i am death by Kasori

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug, Wicked Worm

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Rakdos deck builds a Treasure empire around Smaug, Wicked Worm. The commander turns Treasure-fueled spells into cards, while Magda, Brazen Outlaw and a suite of token makers keep the engine running. The primary kill is a saga combo: There and Back Again creates a Smaug token that, when sacrificed alongside Academy Manufactor and Mirkwood Bats, converts one death into over forty tokens and a lethal drain. Secondary paths include drain pings from Mayhem Devil/Zulaport Cutthroat, Exsanguinate, and the alternate wins of Revel in Riches and Hellkite Tyrant. The hidden centerpiece is There and Back Again; the deck is built to reach and abuse its Smaug token.
