Smaug The Magnificent (Copy) by Taishotaylor

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug the Magnificent

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-red Treasures-and-Dragons deck built to explode from incremental artifacts into one massive turn. Smaug the Magnificent is the payoff rather than the engine: he provides repeatable burn scaled to Treasure count and a free Treasure each upkeep. The primary plan is to create dozens of Treasures, use Goldspan Dragon and Xorn to multiply mana, then win with Aggravated Assault plus The Reaver Cleaver extra combat loops, giant X-spells, or Hellkite Tyrant's alternate condition. Secondary paths include Terror of the Peaks with Devastating Onslaught and Dragon beatdown with damage doublers. There is no hidden commander; the deck is helmed by Smaug and functionally centered on its combo pieces.
