Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet Spellslinger and Storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi functions simultaneously as a win condition, a mana ritual, and a massive card draw engine when combined with damage-trigger auras like Curiosity and Tandem Lookout. Because Vivi deals 1 damage to each opponent whenever a noncreature spell is cast, Curiosity draws 3 cards per spell. This explosive card influx enables Vivi's power to rapidly scale, allowing the pilot to tap Vivi for a massive burst of red and blue mana to storm through the library. The deck converts this momentum into a same-turn win via table-wide noncombat burn or the infinite loop of Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal. Backed by cheap interaction and cost reducers, the deck seeks an uninterrupted Turn 4 or 5 victory.
